As County Supervisor for the 10th District, Supreme works for the people every day. He is a member of the Finance Committee, which sets and adopts the Milwaukee County Budget, and he serves as Chair of the Health and Human Needs Committee.

Supreme was the first elected official to call for Sheriff David A. Clarke to resign in the wake of four deaths at the Milwaukee County Jail in 2016.

As Chair of the Health and Human Needs Committee, Supreme has prioritized youth justice, demanding accountability at Lincoln Hills/Copper Lake, and local alternative placement options for Milwaukee's youth.
